First, get WeChat installed on your phone and register an account. How to register a WeChat account?
Open WeChat and log in with the account, tap the "Discover" from the bottom line, and tap "Scan" to call out the camera.

Then, aim the field to any content that you want to translate with, tap the shutter to snap a photo, then the translating process will start automatically.
The two icons displayed at the bottom allow you to save the result or switch back to the origin photo.
