Xindalu - China Kitchen

Xindalu is a Chinese restaurant nestled on the first floor of the luxury hotel on the north Bund - the Hyatt on the Bund, Shanghai.

The restaurant is dedicated to bringing in the essence of Shanghai local dishes with selected ingredients and makes a bit of extension on the menu by adding the Peking Roasted Duck which is the representation of Beijing flavor.

Featuring an open kitchen with four cooking stations, the kitchen crew subtly infuses the confidence in its outcome and enliven the restaurant atmosphere by giving the visibility of the whole cooking process.
