Jenny's Blue Bar

If all the glitz and glamor has gotten to be too much, you can head on over to Jenny's Blue Bar for a more relaxed and down-to-earth vibe.

Originally named "Jenny's Bar" when it first opened on Puhuitang Road in 1994, this bar was one among many that lined the lively and wild streets of Donghu Road back in its heyday. It was a place where people could always count on friendly service, a cold pint, and some good, old-fashioned entertainment.

The sign for Jenny's was bright blue when it was on Nandan Road since 1997, so locals started referring to it as "the blue bar". The name stuck, and so when Jenny's moved to its current location, the name was changed to Jenny's Blue Bar as an homage to its past and its loyal customers.

Nowadays, there is more of a good mix of expats and locals who go to watch a football match on the big screen, or have some fun playing a game foosball or darts. They might even just come for a well-priced drink and a chance to hang out with Jenny's most famous patron - The Bar Cat.
