T'ang Court

T'ang Court 唐阁, is a 3 Michelin starred, crown jewel of Cantonese cuisine in Shanghai, and has been a favorite among gourmands for many years.

T'ang Court is located on the fifth floor of the Langham Hotel in Xintiandi. There are a myriad of rooms beyond the main dining room, making the venue a great location for both small groups and large.

The decor is elegant yet simple, with lush royal red curtains framing the floor-to-ceiling windows, and dark wood floors flanked by thick carpets.

The menu is quite extensive and there are also special menus to fit any budget and occasion. The a la carte menu consists of some of the executive chef's recommendations, such as deep-fried prawn with taro, sautéed prawn with crab meat and crab roe, and the pan-fried Wagyu beef stuffed with black truffle and mushroom.

If you are looking to splurge, you can choose from a variety of set menus, such as one of the All Day Set Menus, or the Lizzie Abalone Set Menu, which features dishes such as barbecued Kurobata pork and braised Lizzie abalone in oyster sauce.
